RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Brixzoo, we care about every order and want you to have a positive shopping experience. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us at support@brixzo.com and our customer support team will do our best to help.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 day after payment, as long as the order has not been shipped.
We usually begin processing orders on the first business day after payment. In some special circumstances, processing time may be extended. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or change it.
Returns & Replacements
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a return, replacement, or refund.
We may offer a replacement or refund for the following situations:
• The product arrived damaged
• The wrong product was received
• The product received is significantly different from your order
• Parts are missing or defective
If the issue is caused by our error, such as damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective items, customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is requested for personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact shipping fee will depend on the shipping carrier you choose.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To begin the process, please contact us at support@brixzo.com with the following information:
• Order number
• A clear photo or video showing the issue
• Photos of the wrong product, if the wrong item was received
• A short description of the problem
• If the issue is related to product size or dimensions, please include photos with a ruler or measuring tape for reference
Please contact our customer support team before sending any item back. We will provide the return address and further instructions if a return is needed.
Returned items must be packed securely for long-distance shipping. Please include a note inside the package with your order number and reason for return.

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our customer support team first so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and monitor display differences, the actual product may vary slightly from the images shown on our website. Please allow for up to a 20% difference between the product images and the actual item received.
These differences are not considered product defects unless the item is significantly different from your order or has a confirmed quality issue.
If the issue is confirmed and considered serious, we may offer a replacement or refund within a reasonable period of time. In some cases, the product may not need to be returned and may be kept or disposed of by the customer.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved by our support team, it may take around 3–5 business days for us to process the refund.
After the refund is issued, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Estimated refund times after processing:
• PayPal: 3–5 business days
• Credit/Debit Card through PayPal: 7–15 business days
Refunds to prepaid cards may take longer depending on the card issuer and may take up to 30 days.
If you have not received your refund, please first check your account again. Then contact your payment provider or bank, as there may be additional processing time before the refund is officially posted.
